Project Detail: Our customer made a decision to purchase another set of generators from us for use in residential area due to the outstanding performance of the previous generator sets bought for use in cement mixing station as mentioned above. Generator with low noise is the primary concern to avoid causing disturbance to the residents. As such, Kusing proposed a customized solution in accordance to the customers’ needs. We suggested measures to be included into the solution such as adopting two-stage muffler, specific muffler wool, sound absorber, thick steel plate, enlarging the space and optimizing air channel.

Generator Model: 400kVA generator used in bus station hub of Jiangxi, China

Project Detail: This is the large-scale municipal engineering projects where the hub will become the local landmark upon completion of the construction and thus the generator must go through the strict technical inspection before installed in the station hub. Fire-fighting equipment must always remain functional due to the crowded condition in the hub. Therefore, the 400kVA generator must satisfy the power demand from 4 fire-fighting pumps to operate simultaneously and emergency guidance system. In order to supply generators which operate stably, Kusing proposed a solution which adopts YTO’s engine, China company and open skid mounted genset, equipped with automatic transfer switch as well as measures such as automatic fueling system, two-stage muffling, smoke and dust treatment, noise reduction treatment via inlet and outlet channel, heat treatment, oil and gas emission treatment, etc. It was approved by the government authority and the hub was brought into operation with our generator solution.

Generator Model: 1100kW Diesel generator set for use in chemical plant

Project Detail: The key equipment of the large-scale chemical plant must remain functional always and thus they have high requirement on the power supply device. Generator sets are used as backup power and must feature stable performance and excellent manufacturing and installation techniques. The power supply scheme from Kusing suggested adoption of Cummins generator sets, open skid mounted genset, equipped with automatic transfer switch and fuel tank, etc. Production is conducted strictly according to the design drawing from the customer. This project is examined by professional project supervisor and screening was conducted to select qualified manufacturer. Project Detail: This project requires continuous power supply in outdoor area. Kusing proposed solution scheme by supplying two 200kW generator sets which adopts soundproof cabinets and act as backup power supply alternatively. Regular maintenance can be made with single generator set in addition to the continuous power supply at construction site. The generator sets can be safely used in outdoor area with no worries after professional paint coating treatment.

Project Details: The JPP SABAH project in Malaysia procured generator sets to synchronize with the existing ATS (dry contact signal).
